Pollinators participate in the sexual reproduction of plants.

Whenever you eat an apple or sip your tea or coffee, you become the end user of that ancient relationship between the pollinators and the flowers.

However, bee health worldwide has been in decline since the 1990′s and most of the evidence is now pointing at the toxic pesticides created by Shell and Bayer and the loss of genetic biodiversity due to the proliferation of GMO by biotech companies like Monsanto.

But do not worry, those real life pollinators, the birds and the bees, may soon not even be needed for the future food needs of the ever increasing population of the world.

Harvard roboticists are developing a ‘solution’ to the coming crisis: swarms of tiny robot bees made of titanium and plastic that can pollinate those enormous fields of GMO cash crops.

The Harvard Microrobotics Lab has been working on its Micro Air Vehicles Project since early 2009.

Borrowing from the biomechanics and social organisation of bees, the team of researchers is undergoing the creation of tiny winged robots to fly from flower to flower, immune to the toxins dripping from petals, to spread pollen.

They even believe that they will soon be able to program the robobees to live in an artificial hive, coordinate algorithms and communicate amongst themselves about methods of pollination and location of particular crops.

Of course, published reports from the lab also describe potential military uses, including surveillance and mapping, but the penny-sized cyber-bees have yet to be outfitted with neurotoxin tipped stingers.

THE MESSHAM EFFECT….

As news of the latest ‘celebrity’ under suspicion for a historic sexual offence reaches the mainstream media, Bloggers and Tweeters along with the more unscrupulous members of the online media, are salivating at the prospect.

Ex Coronation Street Actor Neville Bushwell, aged 70, who played the Ray Langton character between 1966 and 1978, has been accused of ‘exposing himself’ to an underage girl in the 1960′s.

Call me cynical if you like.

In fact why not go further and join in with the other online accusers and label me a ‘paedoprotector’ and a ‘nonce’ because I do not immediately throw my hands in the air in horror, and demand the immediate reintroduction of capital punishment for this most heinous of crimes.

Think what you will of me and anybody like me, who refuses to participate in the media-fuelled ‘Witch Hunt’ that has emerged following the Jimmy Savile and Steven Messham ‘revelations’.

But it will not change the facts.

It is not facts that are important to you.

Why on earth would you want to let the truth get in the way of such a good story?

Is it because the story that had been prepared beforehand and the images carefully selected before being fed to you, have become so embedded in your mind, that everyone and everything is now suspect?

Or do you just believe anything that is placed in front of you?

In the simplest of terms, that is what some people now refer to as the ‘The Messham Effect’…

It has been a very successful enterprise in all, all attempts to unearth the facts have been thwarted by swarms of online Bloggers, Tweeters and media Hacks, who’s only concern is the continuation of this drama being played out in real time.

For certain people, Steven Messham was the best thing that has ever happened to them, they have found some purpose to their lives and have exploited it to their advantage and fiercely protect their prized asset.

There are also those who’s reasons for protecting this version of the story are so very much darker.

For some though, Steven Messham has become and will always remain a Pariah who has sold his soul, as well as being responsible for casting genuine victims of Childhood Abuse adrift into the seething and unforgiving Maelstrom his version of the story has created.

These people are the ones that know him, who were in the same institutions and Children’s homes he talks about and who have been only too aware of his accusations for many years.

On a personal level, I have now been accused of driving Steven Messham to a mental breakdown and then into a Psychiatric hospital!

Have I achieved all that just by asking him to tell the truth?

Why don’t you ever ask why he always runs away from those who were there at the time?

He always seems so vocal and eager to talk for the cameras and the media, so why does he refuse to acknowledge the very people he claims to speak on behalf of?

When the story broke, he was approached on Twitter with genuine concern and to show support for his bravery. It became obvious very early on that he was not telling the complete story, as he was purposely asked questions regarding some of the Staff members of a home he was in.

The answers he gave convinced enough people that either he was not the Steven Messham that they had known in the care system, or he was quite simply a liar!

It is/was as straightforward as that in my case, his version was just not true as others who were there with him can confirm.

He was making accusations on Twitter about a Staff member that I had known personally for almost three years as my housemaster, and in that time I had never known him even shout at anyone, let alone do the things that Steve Messham has accused him of doing.

I did check with others who also knew him and they were all equally unconvinced of the accusations levelled at him by Steven Messham.

Why doesn’t anybody ask him how many abusers he named initially when he gave his first statement?

It was five if I recall correctly and now the number stands at forty eight at the last count.

There are many, many questions that myself and others would like to ask him, but that is now never going to happen, and his version is going to remembered as the Definitive Story of Bryn Estyn.

It has spawned the repugnant #paedobritain Twitter campaign, and has in turn led us to the media-led online hysteria surrounding Child Abuse that we are witnessing today.

Once again, the genuine victims are going to be effectively silenced by the very people who claim (a little too loudly in my opinion) to represent them, their voices again being lost among the teeming mass of self serving glory hunters all jockeying for the top position of ‘Paedohunter General’.

I wonder if they realise, that they have now become the abusers?

Bullying, Faceless and mostly anonymous commentators who by accident or design, seem to have completely overlooked one important aspect of this, that they are dealing with real people.

Real people who have now been forced to reevaluate their whole lives in some cases and relive some pretty awful experiences, forced to revisit places they had safely locked away for decades.

That will be the true legacy of this, and it’s unforgivable.

And as for the rest of the population?

They are just the White Noise in the background being swept along by the hysteria, mayhem and mud-slinging which has been created by this pantomime.

That I feel is the real tragedy, but I can’t see it making the headlines any time soon.

Rome in the first two centuries A.D. faced an ever-widening gulf between the rich and the poor.

This once mighty empire had reached its geographic and military limits.

Its economy produced very little in the way of goods that were suitable for export.

The Slaves that had been acquired by conquest built most of its bridges, roads and aqueducts and had taken the jobs in farming, mining and construction.

As this cheap workforce gradually replaced Roman citizens, more and more aimlessly idle, unemployed and hungry people filled the streets of Rome.

The Emperors created the illusion of employment and part-time jobs, provided subsidised housing and doled out grain.

But they found that was not enough, even more was needed.

“A people that yawns is ripe for revolt.”

The Emperors announced more and more holidays until eventually, the Romans spent half their days attending gladiatorial games, public executions and chariot races.

Disgusted at what his countrymen had become, the satirist Juvenal accused his fellow citizens of selling out for bribes of “bread and circuses.”

The Romans did nothing to prove him wrong, and remained that way until two centuries later the empire was divided forever and Rome was sacked by the Visigoths.

Will we ever truly learn from history?

END OF THE BRIDGE…

In and around the south Wales town of Bridgend, between the years 2007 – 2009, at least 25 young people had taken their own lives.

All but one had hanged themselves and it has had very little in depth coverage in the mainstream media. The local MP Madeline Moon, had even announced, “The Media were now a part of the problem”.

This is a story that I have followed since the outset, not only because that Bridgend is geographically very close to where I was born, but the official story does not make any sense. There have been many theories put forward, from Internet Cults on Facebook and Bebo, right through to ‘secret messages coming through the mobile phone masts telling people to kill themselves’.

These are of course wildly inaccurate, and also damaging to any investigation and only serve to further muddy the waters and move further away from getting to the truth.

I am not going to give a definitive answer.

What I will attempt to do however, is to offer an alternative to the ‘official’ story.

“Give me the children. I do not care about this generation, but I can control the future generations” - Adolf Hitler

The above quote may seem to be out of place here, but hopefully it may become clear why those words have a bearing on the events that are the subject of this article.

It begins with the schools.

Children’s minds are like sponges, they absorb information at a frightening rate in comparison to adults, and the younger the child, the easier it is to implant information that could have an effect on the rest of their lives. It is the responsibility of the parents and the teachers, to educate and to mould those young minds and to equip them with the necessary skills they will need in later life.

Ordinarily, this is a normal and healthy part of a child’s progression, but what if this natural process was interrupted in a subtle way that interfered with the cognitive processes?

An almost undetectable yet massively influential change in the thought processes would do it I would imagine, just enough to cause a conflict in thought patterns that would make them act and behave totally ‘out of character’.

How could this be achieved?

One way would be through Neuro Linguistic Programming, or NLP for short, which has been the mainstay of ‘Common Purpose’ and has over time, become deeply and firmly embedded into the eduction system.

Common Purpose is, as some may already be aware of, is everywhere.

Teachers, The Police, The Fire Service, Local Councils, The Social Services and local as well as national Government all have Common Purpose graduates from the top down. In fact there is a ‘Behavioural Change Unit’ in every public department, up to and including the Cabinet Office.

That may seem a bold statement to make and although it has many many names, and is made to appear to perform many different functions, the basic principle is the same… ‘Applied Behavioural Psychology’.

A type of behaviour modification.

NLP trained teachers have stated openly that they can put whole classes of children into ‘trances’, and in the wrong hands NLP is very powerful and extremely dangerous.

“Give me anyone for 40 minutes in a room without windows and they will leave not even knowing what school they attended” was the boast of one NLP ‘Practitioner.

So one can only imagine the effect that this could have on a child’s mind.

One way to spot an NLP embedded education establishment is to find out if any of the following activities are utilised.

(It should also be noted that suicide rate increases in teenagers the earlier you teach explicit and graphic sexual education)

For example, even if a school has never had a problem with bullying, anti-bullying posters placed in prominent positions, reinforces that there is a problem and that is what the child remembers.

That is how NLP works on it’s most basic level, a very subtle way of altering a child’s behaviour by creating the impression of ‘wellbeing’.

There are very few of it’s advocates who will openly admit that NLP carries risks.

That risk increases when used on children, and adults with certain types of underlying mental health issues.

Those who are prone to depression for example are the most at risk.

Even the strongest supporters of NLP have to acknowledge that 1 – 2% of people will have an adverse reaction, that would mean for every 1000 children subjected to NLP, between 10 & 20 will be badly affected.

Could that adverse reaction lead to suicide perhaps?

At the very least, there are many verified reports of adults who have suffered from terrifyingly dark thoughts and endured nightmares for many months, after NLP embedded ‘Wellness’ courses.

So what affect would this have on an impressionable teenager?

Even by itself, what I have outlined above could have a pretty devastating effect on the young people of any given geographical area where NLP has been embedded, but there are other factors that also need to be considered.

The village of Rudry near Cardiff, even though the local shop, post office and public house have closed, were awarded £600,000 from the National Lottery to upgrade their village hall to put on plays for the locals.

These so-called ‘Suicide Plays’ relied heavily on very graphic storylines involving, oral sex, self mutilation, murder and of course suicide.

A review of one of these plays said “It would give children ideas about how to self harm, and potentially lead them to believe the world is a bleaker, darker and more miserable place than it actually is”.

None other than the Welsh National Theatre, has staged plays produced by a man called Alfoldi, who was expelled from his native Hungary by it’s Government. His own theatre company staged performances that were so ‘Dirty, Depraved’ Dark & Horrible’ he was forced to leave the country.

He now plies his trade in South Wales.

These plays are promoted as ‘Creative Arts’ and aimed at 12-year olds.

The ‘First Light’ Theatre Company focuses on equally dark subjects like suicide and mutilation.

They were set up and funded with National Lottery Money.

There is a Music Video on YouTube called ‘Stay Awake’ and the lyrics include the line “If we don’t kill ourselves, we will lead a mixed up generation”.

That video has been viewed more than 110 Million times to date.

Many websites offer to counsel suicidal teenagers, by ‘advising’ them to ignore help from their loved ones, and never to tell their parents how they feel as they were the ones who caused all their problems. They are also told that ‘nobody loves them and they should just end it’.

I believe that children are being targeted from the inside, their mindset is being changed in subtle ways in our schools and are being damaged almost irreparably in some cases.

I agree with Brian Gerrish from the UK Column, who believes that the United Nations sponsored education systems are almost certainly responsible for the suicides in South Wales and that Wales has been used as a gateway to introduce raw UN Education Policy..

NB: As of February 2012 the total number of suicides in and around the Bridgend area stands at 79.
